La saison 2008-2009 a compté 120 licenciés. Nombre en légère diminution puisque la saison précédente comportait 130 adhérentes.

Pourrait-on être prévenues suffisamment à l’avance lors de l’absence d’un professeur en raison de l’éloignement de certaines adhérentes ? Nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour prévenir à temps les adhérentes soit par téléphone soit par mail. Le système du « bouche à oreille » fonctionne bien aussi. Pour les adhérentes équipées d’internet, un message est mis sur le blog dès que l’administratrice est prévenue à temps. De plus, des affiches sont mises sur la porte de la gym en cas de fermeture par la commune.

-         <!--[endif]-->La cotisation est de 150€, c’est une cotisation annuelle. Si vous assistez à un cours par semaine à raison de 41 semaines dans l’année le coût par séance représente 3.66€. Si vous venez 21 semaines dans l’année la séance est de 7.32€. Une séance coûte à l’association en salaires + charges sociales + assurance environ 55€. Il faut donc 15 personnes différentes à chaque cours pour qu’il soit rentable. Nous ne pouvons pas instaurer un paiement au mois ou au trimestre ou au cas par cas ce qui représenterait une gestion administrative trop importante et financièrement ne serait pas supportable par l’association et génèrerait une hausse du tarif. Nous avons mis en place un système de paiements différés. Des réductions sont accordées aussi pour les inscriptions en cours d’année. Les cotisations pratiquées dans d’autres associations sont plus élevées.

Carine : Une fenêtre est cassée depuis 5 ans dans le gymnase, cela a été signalé depuis longtemps mais rien n’est fait. La toiture n’est pas nettoyée et de la mousse se dépose ce qui obscurcit la salle. En conséquence, la lumière est allumée dès que l’on rentre dans la salle.

Un courrier sera adressé au gestionnaire du gymnase compétent pour améliorer les conditions de pratique de la gym.

Eugénia : Elle répond à des critiques sur ses cours de gym. Une ou plusieurs adhérentes se sont permises de dire que ses cours étaient répétitifs. Eugénia se défend en disant que c’est une professionnelle de la gym, qu’elle pratique la gym qu’elle a apprise et qu’elle aime transmettre aux autres. Libres à ces détractrices de ne pas assister à ses cours et d’ailleurs elle a toujours dit qu’il fallait assister à d’autres cours pour varier les méthodes de gym.

Par ailleurs, Eugénia exprime ses besoins en matériel pour ses cours. Elle aurait besoin d’une armoire plus grande pour ranger le matériel et aimerait que le revêtement du sol (moquette) soit changé : il est vieux et ce n’est pas hygiénique.

Une nouvelle demande sera faite auprès du gestionnaire du gymnase.
